ZCP series of chemical centrifugal pumps are widely applicable across various industries such as chemical, petroleum, metallurgy, power, papermaking, pharmaceuticals, and synthetic fibers, designed for transporting corrosive liquid media containing trace fine particles.
ZCP chemical centrifugal pump is a horizontal single-suction cantilever centrifugal pump developed, designed, and updated based on the IH and IP chemical pump series. It features excellent anti-cavitation performance and good load-bearing capacity.
The bearings are made of wear-resistant materials, ensuring smooth operation and a long service life. The bearings for the transmission components are installed using a hot-fit method, which avoids damage to other parts.
The transmission bearing housing adopts cooling water temperature reduction treatment, effectively controlling the lubricating oil and bearing temperature.
The medium sealing adopts a modular mechanical seal, ensuring normal operation under conditions of transportation, high temperature, high pressure, and the presence of fine particles or high-temperature media.
